Have a broken or non fitting piece of jewelry laying around? Or would you like to have your heirloom altered or repaired? We are always happy to help! Book an appointment via Whatsapp to discuss the possibilities, and have your piece fixed. STEP BY STEP: 1. REQUEST A REPAIR This is easiest if you need to (re)measure your ring size and or want to view our materials. You can request a repair by explaining the issue (with picture) over email, whatsapp or telephone. If repair and resizing is possible will be assessed per case. We repair 925 sterling silver, 3 micron 14k gold-plated and 14k solid golden earrings, bracelets, rings and necklaces. Even if these items are from other brands then Luna-Sol. WHAT WE DO - Fixing broken or deformed rings - Fixing broken necklace or bracelet chains - Resizing necklaces or rings - Re-beading jewelry with beads - Changing, sourcing or repairing gemstones - Changing or repairing clasps - Bending, strengthen or straitening pieces that where stuck - Polishing and cleaning scratched items 2. DROP OFF After we receive your approval by payment (via invoice with payment link). You can order a plating box to have it shipped/ or drop your piece of jewelry in our Atelier in Amsterdam West. SHIPPING: Share your adres via whatsapp and we'll send you a free box. This box contains: - Post NL return label to our atelier - Safe envelope to put your piece in - Step by step guide + question form (fill in your adress/ wish to polish etc.) DROP OFF IN OUR MAILBOX IN AMSTERDAM: If you are in the neigborhood, you are always welcome to bring it in person. Our adres is: Luna-Sol, Argonautenstraat 50-2 1076 KS Amsterdam, Nederland. Please wrap your jewelry in a secure envelope. 3. DELIVERY OF PLATED PIECE Leave your piece in our mailbox, we'll need +/- 3 workdays to fix your piece of jewelry. We'll send you an update when the repaired item is ready for pick-up or when it has been shipped including the track and trace.
